19 October 1906

The first Exam of the whole school was held this last week. The work is progressing favourably on the whole. A good many children of advanced age, but very backward in all subjects, somewhat mar the progress of the junior children. Two of these children do not know their letters, & have not been to school before.

19 October 1906

Attendance considerably down to day owing to inclement weather.

26 October 1906

This school continues to increase in numbers. The work on the whole is satisfactory; the infants produce some really good work.
