School closed for a fortnight to prevent the further spreading of measles in the district

Resumed school; there are yet forty children absent, & the attendance suffers in consequence.

School closed this morning for Christmas holidays.

School re-opened this morning

Attendance very much down owing to the very inclement weather. Altogether there are 50 children absent, leaving 145 present.

24 January 1908

There are now 203 scholars in school 92 of whom are Infants, & the work of the school is suffering slightly owing to the classes being, in two cases, too large for the class teachers.
