School resumed this morning. Very many children are still absent consequent upon the recent outbreak of measles.

The average attendance for the week is 179 out of 254 children on the books. 200 children have been present at all. Several children are still absent consequent upon the recent measles epidemic.

Four children have been transferred from the St I class into an infant class. Two are mentally weak, & all would benefit by more elementary teaching than that given in St I.

School has closed to day until over the Christmas Vacation, owing to measles having broken out amongst the children
