I do not usually transfer children to the Senior Department at this time of the year, but as there are twelve clever children in St. II. I have let them work to a special syllabus throughout the term, and I am now transferring them to the Senior Department, so that they may have every opportunity of winning a scholarship when the time comes. The average age of these children on Aug. 21st will be 8 yrs. 11 mths 5 days.
