Mr. Whinham had just washed the floor of the canteen & sprayed the school hall floor, (on the authority of Mrs. Stewart's verbal message) so meeting could not be held.

Instruction from the Education Office issued to School Correspondent this morning, and received at school by telephone at 1.45 pm. 'The Boys' Club is to meet in the School Hall to-night. No more meetings are to be held in school or canteen premises until the case has been re-considered by the School Managers at their next meeting on Friday 27th February.
