21 December 1934

The School Nurse called re EYE DEFECTS on 18th. inst. Average number (daily) of bottles of milk consumed during December = 175. Term Examinations have been completed and Reports sent to the parents of the children on our registers. Christmas Holiday begins to day and school re-opens on Monday, Jan. 7th. 1935.

11 January 1935

Resulting upon the TERM EXAMINATIONS, several children have been transferred to classes more appropriate to their attainment or mental capacity. The weekly attendance has now reached 91.5%. Four children have been admitted, and four have left. Attendance Officer reported to-day at 3.30pm.

18 January 1935

War Savings totalled 19/- last week and 15/6 this week. Attendance Officer took a new list of absentees on Monday. On Tuesday C. Nuttall. Esq. N.C.C. examined the Scripture of Classes V, IVa, IVb and III a; he also signed teachers' RECORD BOOKS, Time-Book, Punishment Book and checked Stock-Book. Attendance Officer looked in yesterday but did not take a fresh list of absentees. Weekly Attendance = 89.1%

25 January 1935

War Savings on Monday = 17/6. Attendance Officer took his fresh list of absentees on Monday. Miss Dunlop - supervisor
