29 March 1935

School Dentist began with junior children on 19th. March. and continued each day until to-day. Attendance this week = 95.7%. Form IX has been done in triplicate and one copy remains in school. The List of Pupils for Grading Examination has been written in duplicate and sent to the Correspondant with other communication. Term examinations have been continued all the week. Monthly Attendance = 93.7%. Quarterly Attdce. = 91.6% Yearly " = 90.5% Yearly Average Attendce = 364.

5 April 1935

National Savings Stamps = 21/- Term examinations have continued all the week. Attendance Officer has called twice. Weekly attendance = 94%

12 April 1935

National Savings = 11/6. Owing to many colds, sore throats, swollen tonsils etc, many of the youngest children have been absent. Weekly attendance = 91% Lists of 11+ pupils have been sent to Headmaster of Monkseaton and North Council Senior Schools. I have received list of 8+ pupils from Headmistress of Monkseaton Infants and South Council Infants.

18 April 1935

National Savings = 9/. TERM EXAMINATIONS have been mostly completed, and at noon to day school closes for the Easter Holiday. Weekly attendance = 86.9% Monthly " = 90.8%
