3 July 1936

School re-opened on Monday when Miss A. H. Robson returned to duty - ie on 29.6.36 . Miss A.Y. Feggetter has been absent all the week owing to the death of her father. Miss Eileen Hooks began duty as Supply on Monday 29.6.36 and finishes to.day. National Savings = 6/6. Weekly attendance = 96.2%. Examinations are proceeding steadily.

6 July 1936

MONDAY..... Miss Feggetter returned to school this morning. Attendance Officer reported as usual to.day. National Savings = 5/. Weekly attendance = 96.8%

10 July 1936

Term Examinations have continued all the week.

17 July 1936

National Savings = 5/6. Attendance Officer called on Tuesday and Friday mornings. METER READINGS = { Water 4,800,000 Electric 673 upstairs 789 downstairs Gas 952,000 } Term Examinations are nearing conclusion.

24 July 1936

National Savings = 6/6. FIRE DRILL was tried on Wed 22nd. and the whole school, ie Junr Dept., was cleared in 70 seconds. Summer Vacation began at 4.30p.m. to.day - 14 WEEKS....

24 August 1936

School re-opened to.day with a full staff and 357 names on the Admission Register. Several parcels of Stock have arrived to.day to be checked and disbursed. (For Classification see over.)
