Two Wardens Mr. Graham, Mr. Innis from A.R.P. examined to inspect Gas Masks. 20% defective.

11 September 1941

Nurse Trumbull routine Inspection. One child Robert Parkinson, 23. Clifton Tce., excluded as Scabies. Meeting at 3 pm. in this school presided over by Miss Griffen. Officer in charge W.V.S. Business Emergency Centre.

12 September 1941

Nurse Trumbull completed inspection

18 September 1941

Dr. W. J. Pearce School Medical Officer to school P.M. All defects examined. Also Special trill cases. Two of these taken off and three added.
