…reduces class attendance for the week to 68.4%. Attendance for the School is 89.1%.

18 December 1951

As a special Xmas Treat children in Stds 4a 4b 3a & 3b had tea in the School Canteen commencing at 3.30pm. Following this they had a bumper film show with a musical interlude.

19 December 1951

A similar procedure, as above, was adopted for Stds 2a 2b 1a & 1b.

21 December 1951

Mr. Neville Brammer is absent pm. today by permission of the managers. A nativity Play by the children from Std 4a. and produced by Miss Leggetter was given to the School today. The performance was delightful in every way.

I have visited the school today & find everything most satisfactory

School attendance this week is 89.7%. The mumps epidemic still prevails in Stds 1b. 2B. School closes today for the Xmas Vacation and reopens Tuesday 8th January, 1952.
