The heating to-day is most unsatisfactory. The temperatures at 9 a.m were - Hall 46° Class I 46° Class II 46° Class III 46° Class IV. 45°. At 1.30 p.m they were. Hall 48° Class I 48° Class II 47° Class III 48° Class IV. 46°. I have reported the matter to Mr Muckle. correspondent to the managers.

There is no heat at all to-day. The caretaker reports that the engine will not work. The temperatures at 1.30 p.m to-day were 46° 48° 46° 48° 46°
