The attendance has been very poor since Race Week, owing to the prevalence of Mumps and Chicken pox There are 72 children absent today.

There are 100 children absent today. The percentage of attendance is 69%

As the Medical Officer is visiting the school three days this week to inspect the children, and as the attendance is very poor, it has been decided to do chiefly 3 R's all the week with an occasional period given each day to Literature or Physical Exercises.

Miss Black is absent today. She has mumps. She will not be back again this week and her appointment as Supply Teacher terminates
