School reopens, after Summer Holiday. Today 90 children have been promoted to the Senior Dept. Among them are a number of backward children. The average age of the 90 children on July 31st. 29 is 9years. 2mths. 10days. LB

I have returned to school today having been absent a fortnight owing to an attack of bronchitis. LB

Medical Officer visited school to medically inspect the children.

Mr C. Nuttall. B.A. Superintendent of Education visited school today. He visited all classes.

Miss Brown, H.M.I. visited school today. She spent the whole day in the various classes. Miss Black (Supply) was absent. LB
