Today the afternoon session opened at 1.45 pm instead of 2 pm. This allowed school to close earlier, 3.50 pm to allow a team of children to be present at the Gosforth Physical Training Festival.

Infants with Standard I.Numbers in this school remain fairly constant. It is still necessary to form a fifth class in the hall, at least for part of the year; but a supply teacher is now provided by the Authority to relieve the Head Mistress from full time charge of it.
The school continues in the very satisfactory condition indicated in the last Report. The Head Mistress is a woman of refinement & good sense and is well supported by a capable staff. The entrants class affords a happy introduction to school life, and the children throughout make good progress in their
