14 February 1916

Mrs L. Kelly (St 3) absent to-day, in consequence of having contracted a severe cold.

22 February 1916

Mrs Kelly resumed duty to-day.

A heavy snowstorm this morning affected the attendance somewhat seriously, the number of children present being 259 out of a total on register of 321

10 March 1916

A week of exceptionally bad weather has sent the attendance down to 84.4%. Twenty-six children absent throughout the entire week.

13 March 1916

Mrs Kelly late this morning owing to indisposition

17 March 1916

Attendance still adversely affected by the weather and prevalence of colds. Percentage = 88.4%. Average 284.
Frances E. Binks absent this morning. (St. Teacher).

20 March 1916

James Gibson (Certif: St 6) temporarily severed his connection with this school, on being called up for Military service

4 April 1916

The school was visited by Mrs Howman, instructress in Needlework.
Miss Frances E. Binks absent owing to indisposition.

6 April 1916

Miss Binks returned after an absence of two days.
