War Savings = 8/6 . Miss Mirabelle Grainger has finished one week's practice teaching : she is training at the Northern Counties' Training College of Cookery and Domestic Science, NEWCASTLE / TYNE. Attendance Officer reported on Wednesday and to-day. The Requisition Forms of the main supplies were returned to the Correspondent to-day. Weekly attendance = 93.6%

14 September 1934

War Savings = 16/6 . Dr. Gabriel inspected certain DEFECTS Wednesday morning. Attendance Officer reported on Wednesday. Weekly attendance = 93.5%.

21 September 1934

War Savings = 14/6 . Attendance Officer called on Monday and Wednesday. On Monday - 17th. inst. Miss Robson was absent ill, and has sent a Medical Certificate (Tonsilitis). Numbers on books have increased to 408.

27 September 1934

Miss Robson returns to duty - having been absent for 8 school days or 16 school meetings.

28 September 1934

War Savings last Monday = 13/- . Scarlet Fever cases are increasing - total now = 10.

5 October 1934

War Savings = 26/6 . Attendance Officer reported on 2nd and looked in to-day. Dr. Gabriel called this afternoon and looked over every child in search of likely Scarlet Fever cases. Weekly attendance = 88.1%
