National Savings = 6/- . The scholars "HOME" LIBRARY is being revised : many of the volumes have been destroyed . About 170 new books are being ordered and paid for out of the (voluntary) school fund . Weekly attendance = 93.1 . The number of pupils taking milk each day = 178 .

Miss A. Y. Feggetter has been appointed Chief Woman Assistant ... dating from April 1st. 1938 ... by the school managers , and this has been approved by the County Education Committee . Miss Bates has been absent from school since Monday 21st. inst. A medical certificate has been sent to the school correspondent . Miss Bates' Class , 4 c , has been taught by the Headmaster . National Savings = 7/- Weekly attendance = 90.4 % . Attendance Officer reported on Monday at 3.40 p.m. METER READINGS..
